Hungry Tiger Organic Baby Noodles Dried Spinach Noodles With Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • ½  onion

  • 1 head green cabbage

  • 1 large carrots

  • 2 bundles of Hungry Tiger Organic Baby Noodles Spinach

  • ½  cup chicken stock

  • ½  tablespoons soy sauce

  • ½  tablespoon fish sauce

  • lime juice to taste

  • sliced green onions for topping

Easy Instructions:

  • Mince the garlic and onion. Heat ½  tablespoon of oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and onion and stir-fry until soft, about 3 minutes. 

  • Add the chopped cabbage and grated carrot. Add 1 tablespoon of oil into the skillet and stir fry the vegetables until tender-crisp, about 7-10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

  • In a large pot, bring the chicken stock, soy sauce, and fish sauce to a boil. Add the noodles and boil until the noodles are soft, about 7 minutes. Add the vegetables to the pot and stir.

  • Add the remaining ½ tablespoon of oil to a large skillet and add the contents of the pot. Stir fry the mixture for about 10 minutes. When most of the liquid has been absorbed, remove from heat and stir in the lime juice. Top with sliced green onions. Enjoy Hungry Tiger Organic Baby Noodles Dried Spinach Noodles with vegetables.

  • Allow noodles to cool until a suitable temperature before serving to your baby.
